2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 8-20 business days of order confirmation. (Weekend delivery is not available.)
3. Do I have to pay customs fees in case of International delivery?
No, you don’t need to pay customs fees.
4. Will VAT be added to my order?
No, we will be glad to take over the VAT.
5. How much will the shipping cost be?
If your order is more than SR199, we will do free shipping. For orders below SR199, we will charge SR20 per order for standard shipping cost.

7. How do I exchange or return an order?
